The meeting time and venue will be confirmed once the meeting room booking is secured. It will be held at one of the hotels within the KLIA area.

We need to finalize the number of participants and secure the air tickets first. If tickets are unavailable or the price is too high, we may need to adjust the date. Therefore, early confirmation from all members is greatly appreciated so that we can secure the tickets immediately. Tickets will be booked directly with the airlines under group booking.

After the meeting, we will proceed to Krabi, Thailand for 3D2N trip.

1. Welcome speech from The President.

2. To accept the last minutes of meeting.

3. To table the Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 31st December 2024/2025 by Treasurer.

4. President to dissolve current office bearers.

5. To re-elect new office bearers for year 2026 and 2027.

6. Any other matter

7. Meeting adjourned.

Krabi Trip Descriptions:

3D2N Krabi, Thailand

(Tentative dates: 11 to 13 November 2026, subject to change depending on air ticket availability and pricing)

• Air ticket from KLIA with MAS or Firefly, including 10kg check‑in luggage for 1 person
• Transport from your city to KLIA Terminal 1 is on your own
• 2 nights in a 4‑star hotel room (one room per member, for 2 persons) with breakfast included
• Hotel located at Ao Nang Beach
• Airport transfer to the hotel and return transfer from the hotel to the airport
• Dinner for 1 person (for 2 nights)

Our target is a city getaway and beach relaxation package only. Optional activities such as diving, snorkeling, or boat rental to the sea will be at your own expense.

Terms & Conditions

1. PUKM funds are limited, and this is a heavily subsidized package. Therefore, selling or transferring your entitlement to another member or any other person is strictly not allowed. For example, paying membership fees for another member and taking their entitlement is prohibited. Only members who personally participate are entitled to this package.
2. The above terms are subject to change and depend on availability at the time of booking. PUKM reserves the right to change the date, cancel, or substitute another destination.
3. A meeting will be held in Malaysia before departure. The meeting room will be finalized with one of the hotels in the KLIA area.
4. No cancellations are allowed once air tickets and hotel rooms have been booked.
